Started in July of 2009, MichiganAwesome is a “celebration of hometown love disguised as a shirt company.”
The print-on-demand operation offers a wide selection of crewneck and V-neck T-Shirts as well as hooded sweatshirts, stickers, kids T’s, gym bags, and baby onezies. The products are relentlessly optimistic in their celebration of our Great State with over 17,000 items sold through summer 2012.
MichiganAwesome has been featured locally on Mlive.com, Holland Sentinal , The Grand Rapids Press, The Center for Michigan as well as News TV segments on WZZM and FOX17.
Jon Bell was the company’s founder, owner, and involved in all facets of this business until it was sold in August, 2012 to Great State Apparel LLC, a privately held company that also operates My Great Lake.
