The largest Christian school system in West Michigan, Grand Rapids Christian has been a client that has continually impressed us with their focus on academic excellence, diversity, and the faith of each and every student. There isn’t a school system like it and that becomes immediately clear when you step foot on campus.

Aimed for 8th graders, international students, and any inquiring student, Company Bell has created print materials for the High School to aid in all facets of admissions. We’ve also produced a film to lead donor engagement.

The focus of this piece, “Faith, Culture, & Community,” was to highlight the ever-changing landscape of the communities, cultures, and faiths that make up the prestigious Christian school system.

The Ecology School

The Ecology School is a new program offered through Grand Rapids Christian Schools. Students spend 1 “local semester abroad” that blends the best aspects of semester-abroad programs with a continued connection to home and family. Students experience a blend of hands-on, project-based learning with the personal growth found within an outdoor educational program. Project-based learning engages students in exploring real-world problems to obtain a deeper knowledge of the subjects being studied. Students take daily local trips as part of their study in addition to weeks-long wilderness excursions.

The Next Chapter

“The Next Chapter” was a fundraising campaign in 2014 for Grand Rapids Christian Middle School’s new building. After Grand Rapids Christian Schools purchased Shawnee Park from the public school system, a tremendous amount of investment was required to outfit the building for its next purpose.

Company Bell developed the campaign and created a suite of materials that included an 8-page brochure, gala event invitations, event signage, and event presentation materials. Additional, as part of the fundraising efforts, Company Bell create a microsite for potential donors that provided additional information related to the new campus.

Grand Rapids Christian Schools maintains a diverse community of students, including dozens of students each year who attend with varying nationalities.
